Hi all, was diagnosed with anxiety about eighteen months ago, was prescribed bromazapam which worked well, came off them and started on escitapram five weeks ago,it's taken a while for them to kick in but seem to be getting there, my question is, i know this happens i have good days and bad days, what i can't understand is when i'm having a good day i feel great and think i'm there, no negative thoughts have more motivation and energy then all of a sudden bang ! waves of sensations come over me, light headed, sensations in chest, dizziness and sometimes sweating, and feeling sick after eating, is this normal?.
Hi john , first i ask you ,have you had your vitamin levels checked ,including vitamin D . Levels that to low or to high can cause anxiety ,dizziness , sweating and nausea , but yes it is normal to feel sick after eating with anxiety sometimes as anxiety also affects the stomach ( gut ) ..please have your vitamin leveks checked especiallly vitamin D
Thank you vicky, yes i do get my levels checked have about two blood tests a year.
