So I had protected sex. That person has hsv2. The next morning I feel strange, which I'm now thinking it was a tingling sensation on my clit. As the week goes by my clit goes from irritated to like raw and inflamed. I get checked and tested a week after exposure. Dr. Says it looks red inflamed with cuts on the side but that it doesn't look like anything. Results come back negative. So as a month goes by my clit goes to being okay to being inflamed throughout this month. Which also included the symptoms of having bladder pressure pain and not feeling the regular sensation to pee. My clit would get more aggitated when I need to pee. I get random itches/sensations in my butt and thighs. Back hurts. I haven't seen any sores. But my clit looks like it gets cuts or is missing skin. I feel like I see really small white bumps when I look close and stretch my skin on and around my clit. I think I also see white patches around anus/ white bumps. I know herpes has different affects on people, so can you guys share if you'd had a outbreak on clit, or if your symptoms are different then the norm. And when you got tested, to see when I should get retested, to get an accurate answer as soon as possible.
It could be herpes. It presents itself different in everyone and it still could’ve happened with protected sex. It’s way more easier for women to catch it from a male than it is vice verse. I’d wait about a month or so and get retested just to be absolutely sure. I can’t tell you or diagnose you 100% but a week after exposure was too soon as I’m sure you already know. If this happens month after month it seems very suspicious. See if they can swab anything. Best of luck to you
