I had very rough sex last night and woke up to some discomfort. My left labia appeared to be swollen and upon closer inspection there were 2 small bumps and my left labia was swollen. Could it be herpes?

That would be too soon for a herpes outbreak to show up, unless you've had sex with said partner between 2 and 10 days ago as well? It's probably just a yeast infection, as those can cause bumps as well. Not sores, but bumps.
