so for 3 weeks i have been sick with aches pain nausea fatigue before this I HAVE NEVER had a herpes outbreak so wasnt quite sure what was going on i even went to ER. Lastnight the lesions appeared and today i cant even walk somebody please help any advice on what to do for relief
This would probably sting on open sores, but diaper rash cream with high amount of zinc oxide helps soo much when im itchy and to clear up irritation. A lot of people use coconutoil to sooth as well but i would wait until they are not open anymore to do either of these.. As far as the sores, you can try soaking in a bath with bathsalts for relief and to promote healing… This sounds silly but when you get out of the bath use a blow dryer on low and make sure you dry the area really good.. Dont use a towel, that can irritate it… Also you need to keep the area really dry to dry the sores out, so avoid sweating down there.. try to go commando when you sleep and during the day if you can… TMI but I literally laid in bed for 2 days bottomless with my legs open so they could get air. If you start antivirals within the first 2 days of having sores it will prevent more from coming! Ice and painkillers can help with pain too… Also, I kept a cup near my bathroom sink and used it to dump water over myself when I went to the bathroom to avoid the stinging, but if this isnt enough some people go in the bathtub… Sorry you are going through this, make sure to get antivirals and the worst will be over in a couple days! The good news is first outbreaks are always wayyyy worse than recurring outbreaks and you wont be in pain like this again… Feel free to message me if you want to talk. Best of luck
i agree with advice above. i also think you should see a doctor to get medicine and tell them all of your symptoms. they will probably want to test you for more STDs just in case . something I LOVE to use is super lysine + the cream from amazon. its for cold sores but can be used down there. Also if CBD is legal in your state find a product thats safe to use. i use one by QUIM ROCK. works magic
