Hi I have been having pain for a couple of days in my lower right side, back, have had a loss of appetite, vomiting, etc and it has all been pretty chronic. They did a CT and said that it was a cyst on my ovaries, but i have more symptims of ovarian cancer then the cyst. Could it be cancerous?
That sounds more like a burst cysts, but you should always confirm with your health provider.
Have them pull a complete blood panel ask them to check all hormones. Example prolactin levels insulin resistance etc. It is very possible. I was displaying similar symptoms turns out I have cancer of the pituitary. I wish you the best luck and will pray it is not (hopefully mine is benign I find out Monday)
