over a week of stomach pain

I have stomach pain, all around my lower belly/right side of the body. I had migraines a couple weeks ago and my neck and shoulder was in a lot of pain when I first noticed the stomach pain.. I was really bloated and it hurt as if I’d been holding in my urine (the pain was in that area). It hasn’t really gone yet and I experience pain after having gone to the toilet as well as dull pain in my lower belly. I feel nauseous most days too with the pain.

I don’t know what to do as there is a long wait for my next GP appointment so want to know if anyone recognizes these symptoms at all? I’ve been taking painkillers but it doesn’t help!

I don’t want to worry you but these symptoms are a classic sign of Appendicitis. If I was you, I’d not wait around for your Drs appointment. get yourself to your nearest A&E to be checked as soon as you can.

Ask for a cancellation appointment. You could always take a urine sample to your doctor’s surgery to get it tested.Pain after urinating could be a UTI. I don’t know what your neck and shoulder pain could be.
