first of all i am worried as to what it could be proberly nothing major hopefully but will be honest 

so ..

i have had unprotected sex with a new partner over a month ago of which i dought very much would have any causes as this has only showed signs of a problem this week ,

i am sexually active and wondered weather it could just be over use ? 

what can i put on it or take to let the dots go down ? is sudo cream okay ?

any advice would be much apreicated ! 

help asap

I'd say a visit to your doctor might be a good idea......

I don't think Sudocream will help.....maybe visit your local pharmacy and they might suggest something?

Hun, you nwwe to get a full STD check and specifically ask for herpes. It looks like it could be scabies or herpes, but you never know. Go see a doctor ASAP.

If your picture is what you are refering too it looks like thrush, although i would always reccomend seeing a gp or gum clinic as they can normally provide you with free ointment hope this helps.

I would say you have thrush, please go to your gp.
