Hi everyone,
I went to the gym today to start doing more excersise. I was there for a while and overwoked myself on the tredmil towards the end. I had it on high speed for half hour straight. Of course for someone who is fitter than me this would be fine but I could feel I was overworking but ignored it and was determind to keep pushing. Afterwards my heart rate would not calm down for way too long afterwards and this was worrying me. It was at 114 a little while later when I checled with a machine and I even felt better at that point. It calmed down eventually but after an hour so (now) it starts racing again. And a little chest pain as well (not severe) Could this be dangerous or will it pass? I'm trying not to let my anxiety take over and make it worse but it's hard. Thanks in advance.
