I have regular cycles and i usually spot and cramp a bit 1/2 days before my ovulation is due. Tomorrow is my ovulation but this time i found a lot of blood compared to the normal.. i am also slight cramping (normal)
is this ovulation bleeding? should i be worried? TMI PHOTO
