According to Iyanla Vazant PAIN is an acronym. It is also a measure of being stuck: on the past, on our life stories, unresolved issues.

Yes I totally understand that point I've had it really hard and my past haunts me over and over,I'm anxious nervous when our around people you can't change the past but it's hard to forget it xxx
Yep, the problem is that it gets on your body... And it hits you in midlife like a fast speed train....
Yes it sure does babe, I took me down like a sledge hammer but I fight it best I can it's a horrible condition so painful I'm only 49 God only nos what I'll be like in my 60s coz people can't see it they don't understand so painful xx💖
There is probably something in that, as we know the mind body connection is a complicated one, that doctors are still only coming to grips with.
I am not sure it is the complete answer but certainly is a factor in the mix. Some people believe the condition could be sparked by extreme stress.

Yes, stress and trauma....
Mine was triggered by workplace harrassment that is mobbing at work.
And PAIN is screaming for an internal change, a healing...
That sounds serious, I really worry about humanity sometimes. I do hope you were able to get out of that situation and into a more healthy work environment.
Not entirely...
The worst part is that I'm ill and only now past the phase when doctor's say "it's all in you head, here take this andepressant..."
Now it's just pick up the pieces an see if I can get an overal treatment for fibromyalgia, adrenal exhaustion and all that comes with them. I made my own diagnosis and I've been my own best doctor and health care provider... So encourage everyone to do the same ...
Could you perhaps try LDN?

I am starting to know what you mean. Doctors give you a pill and all that happens is that you get are side effects squared, becoming very cynical.
