Packing for my holiday tomorrow 8) :

5mg Prednisolone - Check! 2.5mg Prednisolone - Check! 1mg Prednisolone - Check! Alendronic Acid - Check! Adcal - Check! Atenolol 50mg - Check! :zzz: Omeprazole 10mg - Check! Arthrotec 50 - Check! Prochlorperazine 5mg - Check! Atorvastatin 20mg - Check! Yep, think that's it. Oh, just remembered - 1 pair of flip flops!!! :lol: How things have changed! That's me off air for a few weeks (unless I can get the wretched Dongle to work in Spain!). Keep well everyone. Happy Summer to all.

Have a great time and hope the journey goes uneventfully !! I also take copys of prescritions with me also Used to be mty contact lenses were the must not forget now the steroids are !!

Hi Mrs G. Glad its not just me. I am a bit paranoid about the steroids. Have packed extra (quite a lot extra, but don't tell anyone!). You never know, they could jump out of the boot of the car as we're driving along, or I could leave them in an hotel, or I could accidently flush them down the loo or, or, or. For goodness sake Lizzie, get a grip. I can buy them over the counter in Spain - but, just incase, I'll pop a few more in for good measure....................

PS: My partner has translated my Blue Steroid Card into French and Spanish (he's a languages graduate, very handy) even though every French and Spanish friend I have speaks excellent English!!)
