Hi everyone I'm new to the group. I had a full left hip replacement January 11th so I'm about 3 months post-op. I still have pain when I touch the incision but it feels deep not surface pain I also have pain radiating down my left leg. Also my legs still feel stiff weird feeling. It's not constant pal. Mostly if I push on it or lay on it wrong or sit for long periods of time. Also if I overdo it walking. at first I thought it was because I was doing more and the muscles were sore. Put a call into my doctor to see if this was normal and he said no. However he's making me wait to my appointment on May 9th and he said he would check it well then so he must not be too concerned. I don't have any fever no redness but it's just still so sore I don't know what I'm doing. Has anybody else experienced this? The people I know personally that had their hips replaced say they don't have any pain and it was a walk in the park. This is been no walk in the park for me. By the way I'm 56 years old and also have rheumatoid arthritis and severe degenerative arthritis. Any help or any advice would be greatly appreciated
