Pain after large POOP... ?

Ever take a big poop.. then right afterwards it hurts like all heck for a while.. I’m assuming its from the poop being too large coming out and causing some kinda injury while passing out?..

this happened to me Tuesday morning.. took a little while for the pain to subside afterwards.. sat on a heating pad for a little while after then it was gone.. had no pain the next 2 days when going poop… then last night I noticed a little bit of pain again while sleeping.. now its gone…

how long does it usually take for something like this to heal up totally

You don’t say whether there was any blood, or whether you could feel an external haemorrhoid (a sensitive swelling on, or just inside, the anus). So it could take anything from a couple of days to a couple of weeks! Besides the usual over-the-counter remedies, practising your anal kegel-exercises may help. And of course strive to avoid constipation.
