Hi all, has anybody else had this and apologies in advance for being a bit graphic! I am 3.5 months post op and generally feeling OK but last couple of times I have had sex, if my husband hits a certain spot I feel a shar pain and then there is some blood when I go to the loo and wipe. No bleeding or anything ongoing, just that one smear of fresh red blood. Normally I would be concerned about cervical cancer or soemthing like that but before my op this was all checked with colposcopy. I did have a water infection immedately post op and read somewhere that blood could also be a sign of infection. But my question is has anyone else experienced it and any idea what it is? Never had this before so hence why I think it is somehow connected to op. Any advice please lovely ladies.......
Hi unfortunately I haven't got to that stage yet only 3 weeks into op .but feeling great so probably won't be long ..the question is ..has it changed your sex life the op ..not being personal but can only ask op victims lol ...I am anxious about not being able to have a proper orgasm ..Hense having no cervix ..yep read all the gumpf etc ,,,do you think you need some ky jelly if you are bleeding maybe your a bit anxious still ..or still have the water infection looming xx
Hey Kellers... this was a BIG concern of mine... I am just 11 weeks post op, and my dr. said to WAIT until my next visit.. I think it's next week.

I have not heard from anyone how it can feel after... did you make a call yet to your dr.?????
I would double check yourself out, since you DID have an infection..
I hope you can figure this out... and please let us know what the dr. says...
(sadly... I am not looking forward to my first time)

Hi Keller's, I have the exact same thing but severe pain with it. I am nearly 9 months post op & it happened again last week, I started my own
conversation about it. Anyway I believe it to be granular/thick scar tissue which causes the pain & bleeding. Google it.... I had mine froze off with
Silver Nitrate but its not worked I've still bled again after sex. I've been
prescribed a muscle relaxant to help with the pain as gp said scar tissue goes into spasm & becomes hypersensitive. I can't say if they've worked as I'm still in too much discomfort to try sex again yet. If it happens again though, straight to A&E as I can't take the pain anymore & I need a
solution as I don't believe this to be a common normal occurrence after
this surgery. Let me know how you're getting on my lovely x
