I was doing very good during the day no pain at all. My pain came at night in bed, almost like a spasm in my hip. The pain at night has been for almost 6 weeks. But as soon as I get up it goes away. The past two days I have had pain almost like pre THR and I hope it is related to weather. I am in New Jersey and we are having snow and damp cold weather. Could this be weather related? and anyone have those painful spasms at night?
Sorry to hear this but as I said in a post earlier today muscle spasm could be the problem in which case learn about the instant relief that using pressure points can bring.
Hope this helps.
Cheers Richard
Cathy I have those same spasms at 6 months! They go as soon as I start to walk about,My physio explained that this is becasue as soon as we move we USE our muscles whilst in bed at rest they are idle and hence prone to all sorts of build ups and spasms as they are nto being moved.Mine wake me every night and sort of judders and then goes. I hope they go forever one day !
