One year ago I had unprotected sex with a woman. I had some balanitis (itching of the foreskin) afterwards, but it cleared up with cream. Full STI panel - all negative. I haven’t had sex since. But now I’ve had a stinging pain down my urethra for a week, and slight itching again. My doctor advised it was balanitis, so I’ve been putting more cream on for 2 days. Since then I’ve noticed these tiny tiny things near the opening of my penis. I’m not sure if they’ve always been there but now I’m freaking out. They don’t hurt to touch. Can someone please advise, I would greatly appreciate it.
