this might be nothing but my anxiety has gotten really bad so im just extra worried lately. Yesterday i noticed a pain in my arm that stopped before my forearm and was a tad close to my armpit,not my armpit is sore today. i tried feeling for lumps but felt nothing... should i be worries at all??
I’ve had this before on a few occasions and whilst i can’t explain what causes it, it’s usually gone away when my anxiety or attention moves on the something else. Sometimes i reckon its just mild hormonal changes… fluctuations in the body etc.
You may also have just torn a muscle.
I got freaked out once by breast pain and arm pit pain, soon as I’d been checked out at doctors it went away.
See a dr if its still present in a couple of weeks but otherwise i wouldn’t worry x
There are several nerves the go from the armpit and down the arm. I am currently experiencing the exact same thing, but I can literally see the nerve and feel it on it’s way down my arm. I also suffer with anxiety but luckily my SSRI keeps me from freaking out about it being something more serious than what it is.
I’ve had the pain for a steady week and it hurts to raise my arm.
