I get these pains in my bum like the opening (bum hole) like a shooting prod not sharp just ️️an it stating pain in my anus had them tonight and I carnt remeber last time I had them but I do know I've had them b4is this normal, does every one get this and sometimes I feel somthing like moving around in there but when I wipe there is nothing on the tissue if you have worms can you feel them or not sometimes I get shooting pins in my vagina opening too not this tickley worm feeling is happeneing now ️️an it's bugging me
I don't know about the sensation of movement... but google proctalgia fugax, or rectal spasm, occuring in approx. 10% of normal people intermittently. one can also have vaginal or pelvic floor spasms. I , personally, call them the " hot poker up the a** sensation"! very intense for a short period then wanes away over 30 mins or so. It can occur , however, when the bowel is upset with inflamation, tumor etc so if you are over 40 years old, just to be safe, go get a sigmoidoscopy... yay! real fun.

Just be sure you are getting a regular pap ( every 3-5 years plus or minus HPV check) and that can be ruled out. Can occur more around your period due to pelvic congestion ie. slow,increased blood flow to uterus.
