Pain in buttocks

Hi lyn here I get a ache in both buttocks, first three was 7/5/15 and 2nd one was 13/11/15, on the whole healed lovely except for this ache I get in the buttocks and if I lay on right side the last hip I had on left, feels tender to touch, I am seeing Dr on Tuesday has anyone else had this problem

I could understand it if I knew I had been doing too much, also not taking pain killers unless I really have to

Hi I had TRHR 18/8/15 and have been fab until same sort thing as you pain in my butt ! Also radiates down my leg and is sooo frustrating (see my post 6 months post op pain) physio gave me different excercises but they made it worse . I'm seeing consultant Tuesday so keep you posted

Hi Lyn, 

Same here - like a delayed reaction to the surgeries or so it feels - My thighs also feel tender to the touch - Maybe it has someting to do with the weather??? Having in hot Los Angeles I feel cold to the bone now - 

I have no explanation except for my own version - maybe I am too careful and rigid in my movements - too focussed on doing it right that my whole body is tense- my buttock muscles are in constant  stress mode to keep me balanced -

Good to hear you are doing well -Time has flown hasn't it and yet .... it is so slow !
