First it starts with tighting in upper chest then goes to throat then starts tighting even hard some times goes into the jaw a had a episode that lasted about 30 minutes then got sick on stomach and throwing up black grainy stuff
Sharon ...you must see a doctor ASAP. This needs attention. This could be a problem with either your heart or your gastro intestinal track. Please make an appointment ASAP. If you have another episode before your appt you should go to A/E.
Sounds highly likely that you are suffering from ANGINA if the pains are in your jaw.
Go to the A&E ,that will be the quickest way to find out. This will not go away.
