I'm resting on my bed now with foot elevated. I'll use ice later see if it helps. I've also kept up with painkillers today

The joys of summertime? I had both my op's in the winter - so the TEDs did at least keep my legs warm.
It's so cold here at the moment, I think I might consider putting them on again
