Pain in middle chest + tight chest

30 year old female experiencing slight discomfort in my middle chest(between the breast) and upper chest. It feels like a wind as the feeling isnt always there.

Sometimes i experience a tight chest, as I have asthma.

The chest pain comes and goes. At times it feels like its in my back. Also i have been burping more frequently and somewhat relieves the discomfort but my tight chest remains especially at night.

I have burping and pains in my chest also. For me it’s indigestion from possibly having Gerd and a hiatal hernia. if I take something like Nexium for a couple days I feel perfect. The only downside to taking a PPI like Nexium is it also blocks your body from absorbing vital nutrients. I think they suggest that you not take Nexium for more than 14 days.
