hi all,
i fear I may have overdone things as I am getting back pain on the side that has been replaced. Any ideas what the aching would be. I'm 3.5 weeks post op- posterior approach minimally invasive. Should I rest up?
Thanks, lucy

Hi Lucy
Yes you must rest of you can ...
listen to your body hun... it’s telling you off for doing to much!!
Take a few days off and let your muscles have a rest

Yes. I second Lynne's advice. REST..... and ICE and ELEVATE.
Sending healing vibes your way. ♡
If your back pain continues then it rather suggests that it is out of balance or you gave muscle spasm both can be sorted out by a decent chiropractor preferably not a Mc Timoney one.
Cheers Richard
Hi Richard ,
That makes sense as I have suffered from terrible muscle spasms since the operation. Luckily I have a fabulous chiropractor from the university of osteopathy in London .

Dear Lucy, good to hear that you have access to a good chiropractor.
Please let us know what the outcome is. Cheers Richard
