Hi there, I hope this makes sense. Feel free to ask me questions. I basically have pain from the enlarged vein all the way up to the centre of my penis head, almost a straight line (as the pictures show). It also hurts right below my penis head, almost where there is a small banjo string. It aches at times and is really affecting my happiness. The centre of the penis head/corona is slightly swollen, which I hope you can see in the pictures. It also feels like there is a lump underneath this area.I've seen a urologist who says there is nothing to worry about and also a plastic surgeon who said he cant operate ( as they didn't know the problem). Nothing has ever been done on the actual vein, such as an ultrasound etc. Could the blocked vein have caused a blood clot inside my penis head and caused a lump underneath? It's extremely frustrating as I know something isn't right and have done for ages. It hasn't been caused by sexual intercourse either. I hope this makes sense. Please help! Thanks.
