Dolor en la cadera opuesta a la reemplazada

Resistance bands were one of the few things I was given by the hospital after my op. They are in different colors.

When I was in rehab (a month) after surgery I began getting around with a walker. After I didn’t need it for mobility I began using it for balance in place. …standing on one leg then the other. The most useful piece of equipment was the parallel bars, so after hours I used the walker in my room for just about everything I was doing with the bars, substituting marching in place for walking back and forth. I bought a walker and now I have the bars in miniature. I do all my stretching and adapted pretty much my whole gym routine. Talk about convenience!!!
