I've been having prickling kind of pain , like a pins and needles kind of pain, it happens when the penis is aroused for a long time and when it goes to its normal state , penis head won't shrink and i have pain while urinating in the penis tip. i'm having trouble sleeping at night because of the pain....but there is no pain if there is no arousal , i mean its practically not possible to get not aroused especially its freakin cold weather here...its just stands up unconsciously. i experience pain only when its unerect not when aroused...
Unfortunately this is one of those genital problems where you can say to try this or that and it may provide a solution for you. Therefore it is only a Urologist that would be able to help you with these issues.
The only DIY approach that may be helpful is to try gentle massage using an oil such as a small amount of baby oil or liquid coconut oil - ONLY use gentle type movements, it is best to try to avoid erections as this is not what you are trying to achieve when you do this.
Also gentle movement of the penis when you take a shower may prove beneficial - unfortunately massage type movements would be a long-term approach, you would need to do this very regularly for months before you would gain much benefit from it.
