Why is it when one symptom goes away, another one comes -__- I have pain or a ache sensation underwear both my ribs.. I am feeling anxious today so I understand why I have symptoms but has anyone else had this?
Of course we haave - anxiety appears in all different forms, mainly pains, all over the place. I even thought I'd got a lump years ago but it was my imagination - or rather my nerves.
Yeah it's horrible and it's hard not to notice and focus your attention on the symptoms. But yeah we're pros at imagining fake situations
You know that is exactly what i was saying to my husband last night, 'why is it I always have something wrong with me'.....the reality is I focus in on somehing and make it in to something massive then it takes over my life for however long until its resolved, as soon as its resolved I move on to something else.......its a nightmare!!
I also have pain under ribs when I am stressed Do! If you think about it, that is the are we tense up in! I get it there and lower back and lately down my left leg! If I am busy, I don't notice it much but when I have time on my hands, I drive myself crazy!
