3 weeks ago i went to a/e for really bad right side abdomen pain and feeling sick i have had all the test ct scans ultrasounds and they have found nothing all blood tests came back ok now i waiting for a colonoscopy can anybody recommend any over counter relief or help they have tried that works.

I found buscopan worked a little to help relieve the pain xx

Hi Carol sorry to hear you are suffering what sounds like gallbladder pain. I was advised by my consultant to take Buscopan to releive the pain as he said when you have a gallbladder attack it contracts and this medication helps. ensure you ask your GP for the precription. Hope it helps a d good luck with your diagnosis

i had that and tried an oz of apple cider vinegar diluted with water. the pain subsides in 20 minutes

so I can't have gallstones though surely they can run more diff tests must be something to do with your gallbladder, I had losec before meals good too, keep pushing for more tests if not gallbladder something else sorry I can't suggest anything else
