Pain in testicles for 4 months

I have had this intermittent pain in both testicles for 4 months now, I have had blood tests urine tests and ultrasounds all negative.. the pain frustrates me please i need help or advice on what more to do

I had epididymitis but it’s all cleared up with no more inflammation

It could be infection. Or blood flow.
