i am 23 years old and my penis burn when i masturbate and too much pain in head main top point of penis is burn and sudden headache start when i masturbate then pain in urine when urine 2 or 3 time then pain become normal what can i do and i am single and i have also pain in stomach what can i do i am in asia in underdeveloping country
