Hi! I just wanted to reach out to see if anybody has had similar symptoms. a few months ago i suffer excruciating pain in my stomach where it woke me in the middle of the night, i was referred to the hospital where i had a CT scan which came back clear, they then gave me antibiotics to see if it worked where the pain is upper right abdomen (sharp/burning) and sharp pain on right side with bloating. i have had a blood test and ultrasound and also came back clear. the only thing that didnt was blood in my urine which was a few months ago now. i have been to the hospital today and my consultant has said it could be muscular, he doesnt believe its intolerance and said he didnt want to do a colonoscopy just to tick the box so has advised i go back in 3 months time and will look at doing an MRI. i am only 25 years old and feel i am getting nowhere. how can the bloating and sharp/burning Pain in the upper right side be relevant to muscular! would love some advise! apologies for the long essay!

I’ve had upper abdominal discomfort for almost four months now and for me, it’s in the right side and centre. Also, I don’t have a sharp pain but more of a dull ache or pressure so it’s more uncomfortable than painful. My GP just keeps saying it’s acid reflux but I don’t think it is because the PPI’s have not helped me at all.
I’m slightly constipated too and recently, I noticed some blood in my stool, I’m SO worried over this.
I’ve had blood tests and ultrasound which came back clear so no help there. I’m really worried that all of these symptoms could be pointing to something serious.
I’m a 20 year old female with no other health issues apart from these.
have you been tested for celiac disease??
nope not tested for celiac yet. this epigastric discomfort is so annoying. could this be dyspepsia?
