a bluish greenish bump is on my urethal opening in the right side , i never thought of anything about it and now i im having pain on the place that the bum is , pee burns as well , tbh i thought it was a blood vessle , im really worried and scared idk what to do . . .

i was 1 weeks ago in a doctor and did a testicle check he saw the penis as well and didn't notice anything, probably because my penis shrinked from shame and fear. I couldn't finde any post with the same problem as me here , im really scared and i cant post pics from my phone so people can see it , im really scared it migjt be cancer.
i touched the bump to check it out and i feel like it butns even more
