Pain Killers

Hi,

I've begun suffering severe right hand side Back, Shoulder and Neck pain which is giving me difficulty sitting at my office chair and sleeping as i cannot get comfortable without being in pain....

Can anyone recommend the best pain killers - obviously non anti-inflammatory?

I have tried Paramol and Solpadeine Max of which non work.

I use hot water bottles etc but doesn't help much.

I am waiting for a doctors appointment but can't get in for 2 weeks.

Co-Codimol ? Should work wonders, to cover my back speak to doctors first.

Its the only pain killer i can take. 

Also stay away from heart burn remedies. Unless you know what ones agree with you smile
