Hello I’ve been experiencing pain near my “hole” or anus, it hurts on the outside ring area but I don’t have hemorrhoids, I will say I’m a gay male but I have not had anal sex in about 3 months but I am not sure what could be causing pain, I’ve tested for any stds and nothing came up , it seems to also be loosing my bowel movements and it hurts when I go to the bathroom as well but quickly goes away Any thoughts ?
