i need help, for few weeks i have pain on my anus, most of the time after i go to toilet, i feel like cracks of the skin and sometimes i see red blood on the toilet paper witch is from the cracks i think, please find attached a picture, let me know your ideas and if look normal.

Hey Dinu I have been diagnosed with an enlarge prostate 18 months ago and have been having issues on my tail pipe too. Same symptoms feels like small cuts or cracks ,burns gets itchy. I have asked my urologist if it could be related to my prostate, he said no . Then I saw a proctologist and she ordered a colonoscopy and results were I have very small internal hemroids that she wouldnt consider any proceedure for and also have a skin tag on my tailpipe that is left over skin from an external hemroid but still bothers me. I am going may 15th for a anal scope because the problem isnt going away. I take metamusal and drink plenty of water but soaking in the tub in warm water helps. When i get stress or have anxiety ,it makes it alot worse. The research I found on internet said that yes hemroids can go hand in hand with bph. This is where I am at. I can send you any new info once I get some. Good luck
