Good morning,I'm suffering severe chronic pain and won't consider any more abdominal surgery as thats how I came to be in this position. I have 2 metres of small bowel which has a partial obstruction,adhesions diverticulitis. I'm taking up to 4-6 panadeine forte daily sometimes 8,which my gp knows,Ive tried pain patches a couple of times previously but didn't like the way I felt,I'm thinking I need to try again as the codeine is messing with my bowel and stomach and also because of pain I'm needing to take more any suggestions on different prescription patches anyone has tried would be appreciated.
have you tried tramadol easing my pain a bit
I don’t think tramadol would help her. She needs a stronger pain med.
