Pain pressing on stomach, feeling full, nausea

Hello!

I’ve been having chronic stomach problems for a while now (since Nov. 2019) and it’s really worrying me because they are getting worse. I have a lot of pain when pressing on my stomach (feeling of soreness almost, and even more sensitivity on the right side next to my belly button.) Also experiencing early satiety–feeling of fullness in my upper abdomen after eating very little. I burp all the time also but especially after eating. Went to a gastroenterologist last March before the pandemic and they did an endoscopy, which was clean apparently, and took some blood tests, nothing showed up, also tested for H.pylori which I didn’t have. Before that I was on Pantoprazole which didn’t work and prilosec which also didn’t work. So I went on with my life, but it has been very uncomfortable and interfered with my daily life, recently I’ve started experiencing a lot of nausea even at the thought of food and even more loss of appetite than usual so it’s really freaked me out. Went vegan and gluten free a while ago and have continued with that but it has not helped. I just turned 23, female and used to be really active before this, and I’ve not had any other health problems in my life but I’m worried that this is something really serious like cancer or a bad illness that the doctors have missed. I’m going to go to a new gastro next week but wanted to seek advice here. I really want my old life back so if anyone’s experienced anything similar please let me know I would really appreciate it!
