Yesterday I had a panic attack, which is normal since I’ve had a history with it for a while. But today I started having this bothersome pain in the center of my left palm, and it spread from to my upper left arm, shoulder and left calf and arm pit. Its spreading to my back. It’s hurting a lot with sharp pains. Now my left shoulder is hurting a lot and so does my chest. Its a squeezing feeling to it.
I’m concerned if this is just an after effect from the attack yesterday. I’m getting nauseous too. I know left arm pain is often associated with heart attack, so that’s scary
