has anyone tried hemp oil for pain relief. I have had lots of friends etc recommend it and read lots of stuff about how it helps but would like to know if it really does. I have just started to take it (not very pleasant but not terrible).
I use it two ways. I buy the CBD (hemp) oil capsules which I take 3 times a day, and I buy the oil which I put on my foot for neuropathy pain (caused from nerve damage during surgery). Works very well and I stay away from pain meds.
I bought hemp seeds from the supermarket and they made me slightly dizzy 
. I buy ground flaxseed and the company has sent two free samples of ground hemp, not sure whether to try it after last time.
