Pain with pcos

I've always had pain with pcos but the last couple of weeks have been really bad I've cut out sugar as this is ment to help but the pain is like I'm havin sugar again the only way to get rid of the pain is to have my hot water bottle 

Please I need help

I am in constant pain if I don't take the pain killer (Tramadol) my doctor prescribed me. Hope this helps😊!

Sorry you're in so much pain....I think a visit to the Dr ASAP is best. Just to rule out any other possibilities or to make sure the cyst hasn't burst. Take care and keep us posted. Best of luck!!
