Hi everyone
ADVICE PLEASE !

I had my 2nd tmt operation last Friday.

I have had my foot elevated very high since except the 3 Ts ! Since yesterday my foot is horrendously painful, It is constantly throbbing and the cast feels really tight and I generally dont feel well , could it just be as the wound is beginning to heal ?

Hi. I had 1st 2nd & 3rd TMT fusion on 4th JULY I had no such problems but was told to contact hospital ASAP If it became tight , throbbing and feeling unwell, as it can indicate an infection so dont wait .
I’m still in aircast boot for another 3wks at least, so be prepared it can be a long job.
