I’m ten weeks post op and full wb with two crutches suffering alot of pain after walking is this normal . My doctor wants me to have ultrasound to test for a blood clot but I had blood thinning injections for six weeks after surgery. Still waiting for my pt appointment in a couple of weeks . Anybody else suffered like me .
Hi, I am 20 weeks post op, still have pain, they put me on a bone growth stimulator, apparently its helping, but still cant FWB without stabbing pains on the inner ankle, I am thinking it must be the hardware. I guess everyone heals at a different pace.
YOU ARE SOOOOO NOT ALONE!!! I remember having a lot of pain walking for 5 months after. ( but i am guessing I had more hardware). Just remember you are not by yourself and you have other gimpy friends on here to vent to.
What did you take for the pain did you feel feverish to its getting me down
