Hi all hope your all doin OK. Haven't posted for awhile. So Thursday night before bed I went for a pee and wow the stench was awful Friday I woke up to horrendous pelvic and lower back pain and kept getting the urge to pee it didn't burn and no pain but I had a light brown discharge so rung the doctors whom told me to collect a swab and urine bottle to do the tests myself I did so and dropped them off now awaiting the results. The discharge lasted for a day and that's it but still have the lower pelvic pain today. I'm a worrier as we all are good old Google sets my anxiety off. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever had these symptoms or no what it is as I'm. Convincing myself I have cervical cancer
hi yasmin, it sounds like a uti. i had one a year and half ago. i went to the bathroom and had pain. i also had the urge to pee constantly. i didnt really have burning either. i read that it can cause the pelvic and lower back pain. I am a googler also and its the worst! i will say a prayer for you to have peace while you wait for good results . Hugs!

I had a similar experience in March, all of a sudden after many years. I had the urge to urinate all night and eventually I passed a small amount of red blood. Also pain on my flanks and a little in the lower back area. Got prescribed antibiotics over the phone and told to take a urine sample to surgery after completing antibiotics. Well due to Covid concerns I only managed to do that this week and am awaiting results. I am still experiencing discomfort in my flanks, but urinating as normal now and no blood. I have been wondering if its kidney stones or whether the new medication, which is a water tablet to control high blood pressure may be contributing to my particular problem. I suppose we can only wait and see. All the best with your results.x
