So my irregular menstrual cycle decided to show up again but this time the day for I started having super super soar breast almost to a point that it hurts just to put on my bra and when the shower water touches them omg it's painful…!! My period is almost gone but this symptoms are very much here…, ! I also notice I am super itching everywhere in my body like something is crawling on my skin😖 I'm 46 yrs & well I guess I'm approaching the big change😭😭
I just wanted to know if any of you all are having this crazy ass symptoms & if so what are you lovely women do?!

Hi, I'm on HRT and have very sore breast at the moment ! Don't know what that's all about. Also feel like I'm going to get a period and have actually just had one. I'm 57 so would have thought by now it would have all stopped - virtually. But no it keeps on going. Only thing you can do is take ibuprofen or similar. Crawling skin yes, usually around my neck and face. Comes and goes. It's all part of the meno, you'll get through. Take care ❤️
I'm sorry this is happening to you! I definitely get the itchiness in different places and also take evening primrose oil and flaxseed oil to keep the breast soreness at bay and it has really helped. The itchiness drives me nuts and does make me think something is crawling on me. I'm 46 as well. Hope you feel better soon!
