So I have finally found my source of excruciating pain. It's been a couple days. What should I do?
No other symptoms and haven't had any sexual contact in a month or so.
Will it go away on it's own with warm compresses? Is it a cyst or pimple??? First time having this.
It looks like a cyst and I think I can see a white “head” on it so keep trying warm compresses and sit in a warm bath. It may discharge on its own,but if it becomes too excruciating then do see your doctor. Take Ibuprofen for the pain if its too bad.

Pain has been minimal since I’ve been doing warm salty compresses. I’m only on day 2 of compresses. I’m hoping it pops soon. If not, I’ll see my gyno or poke it with a lancet.
I think it’s from cheap toilet paper tbh. First time with this issue.
Update: So it did develop a white head. I woke up and there was blood from where it popped. But I don’t think all of it came out cuz the white spot is back. Should I wait for it to pop again or see my gyn?
