I noticed this bump in my ear a few days ago. I felt some pain in the area, but the bump was really small. Now it's bigger and it still hurts. When I finally looked at it, I got scared. I have no idea what this is. I expected a pimple or something. Could this be cancer??
Its an infected sebaceous cyst. It will probably come to a head and then discharge pus and possibly some blood. Just keep your ear clean and it will heal well. Keep your fingers away from it,dont pick at it.If it becomes really big and painful do see your doctor who may give you antibiotics or may even make a small nick in it to help the pus emerge.
Not cancer. Dont worry. These are fairly common.
