I have had the same sexual partner for 5+ years and neither of us have shown symptoms of any STD/STI.
Last night i noticed some discomfort before bed but didn't think anything of it. This morning when i noticed it again i found this bump on the shaft of my penis. It is the only bump and it is painful to the touch. It is slightly raised and appears to be dark in nature.
After searching the internet i could not find anything like it. If it does not go away in a few days or gets worse i will go see a doctor but looking for any help in the meantime!
