Has anyone experienced this? Almost like leg cramps & contractions together but in the lower abdominal area after a hysterectomy & endo? what is this??? OUCH.

It was 5 years ago and then I had the last ovary taken out 1 year ago.

I am going through this at the moment, and just found out I have endometriosis and a chocolate cyst again, I also don't have my ovaries, you should go back to your gp and get an ultrasound done, and see your consultant again,

I think Keely is right you ought to get checked out. Are you on hrt from having ovaries removed. I'm due to have all out this week for same reason and concerns me that it can come back and I will have gone thru op and early menopause for no reason!
