I had unprotected sex with my lady friend about a month ago and then within a week I started feeling fever, fatigue, and some itchy pain at the tip of my penis.. It took some erythromycin and the illness clear. However about 3 days ago I start having this painful sores with a hard crusty layer on my scrotum, they turn into an ulcer within a day and show some signs of pus
What could this be?
looks & sounds like herpes go get checked ASAP !
