I've have a ongoing problem with the old boy, I get what feels like a over hard pain when fully stiff, I've been docs got referred to sex clinic they felt the old boy up checked my nuts took swobs from japs eye took bloods and all came back normal but still I'm having same issue it seems to be only if I'm fully hard no pain or discomfort any other times, I did have a appointment with urology end sept but now they've put it back to end October, it's driving me nuts most sexual activity I can stand is oral or hand with the missus coz it's way to painful if she squeezes while I'm doing her, lol please any help would be great anyone else had this.

Hi Mike,do use any type of enhancement like "sildenafil citrate/ viagra". If so you may need to cut the dosage as long as your GP gives you the ok.  If not ask you GP about a remedy to ease the erection like "salt peter" but don't over do it.

Hi Matt. No is the answer to that question. I guess I'm one of the lucky fellas at 48 yrs old I've never ever had to use any kind of tablet or drug to get hard and to be  very honest  my partner refers me to ever ready batteries coz even after sex it just stays hard for ages, I've been docs like I said I'm just a bit worried coz even tho I am I able now to have intercource without pain it just seems to be getting more and more painful

I would be interested to learn what the outcome here is. It is not something that I've come accross before. Research it under painful erections. Thank you for the question.

I know the feeling you have mentioned - but luckily it's rare for me.  Unrelated to that, I have used a natural herbal oil a few times called "china man sex oil", it works as an external numbing agent to prolong sex, but it seems like you may have an overabundance of blood that engorges the penis during erection. You may want to speak with a ureologist. They are the expert in that area of medicine and may have an answer and remedy for you.

I know this post is old now but Mike66967 did it also hurt on ejaculation and have you had a vasectomy?
